Terms of Service

Effective 30 October 2026 · Last updated 30 October 2026

These terms govern your use of visiostudioworks.com and set the baseline for how we work with clients. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using visiostudioworks.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Who we are

The Website is operated by Studio Visio Ltd, trading as Visio Studio, a company incorporated in the Republic of Ghana (“Visio Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

3. Use of the website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, without notice, for maintenance, security or any other reason.

4. Client services

The Website describes our services for general information only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any design, development, consulting or other services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement (a “Project Agreement”) signed by both parties. If a Project Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Project Agreement prevails.

Unless a Project Agreement says otherwise:

5. Our products

Products built or operated by Visio Studio—such as Asem and Ananse—are provided under their own terms of service and privacy policies, published on the relevant product website or app. These Terms apply to the Website only and do not govern your use of those products.

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, product names, page design and code—are owned by or licensed to Visio Studio and are protected by the Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690), trade mark law and other applicable laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

“Visio Studio”, “Asem”, “Ananse”, “Kowari”, “KickNation” and “Monorail”, and associated logos, are names and marks used by Visio Studio. Nothing on the Website grants you a licence to use them.

7. Information you send us

If you contact us by email, telephone or social media, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don’t send confidential information until an appropriate confidentiality agreement is in place. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Unsolicited ideas or proposals you send us are not treated as confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

The Website links to third-party sites such as GitHub, LinkedIn and X. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date—including descriptions of products marked “Upcoming” or “Soon”, whose features and timing may change—but we make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Nothing on the Website is legal, financial or other professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visio Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability under a Project Agreement is governed by that agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Visio Studio against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer it to mediation under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798) or, failing that, to the courts of Ghana, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
