We’re a digital agency and product studio. We design and build software—web, desktop, mobile and AI-enabled tools—for clients, and we also build and operate our own products such as Asem (AI legal firm management) and Ananse (offline-first education).

We’re based in Greater Accra, Ghana. The studio is operated by Studio Visio Ltd, a company registered in Ghana. See the About page to learn more.

Yes. We work remotely with organisations across Africa and beyond. Most of our collaboration happens over video calls, shared documents and async updates, so time zones are rarely a blocker.

Every engagement is scoped individually, so there’s no one-size-fits-all price. After an initial conversation we’ll send a written proposal setting out the scope, timeline, deliverables and fees before any work begins.

It depends on the scope. A focused website or prototype can take weeks; a full product takes longer and is usually delivered in stages so you see working software early. Your proposal will include a timeline with milestones.

You do. Once all the terms of your project agreement have been agreed and met, you own the work we create for you. Any third-party or open-source components stay under their own licences. See our Terms of Service.

Yes. We can agree ongoing maintenance, hosting support and iteration as part of your engagement or as a separate support arrangement.

Yes—we’re happy to sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement before you share confidential details about your project.
